PAYMENTS

Payments can be made through the website by credit card, visa debit or Sezzle. Sezzle enables you to split the cost into 4 easy payments over 6 weeks.

DEPOSITS

A non refundable deposit of $250 or $550 is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due at least 30 days before your event date otherwise your booking will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. If you’re booking an event that is in less than 30 days you have 72 hours to pay the full balance. If the balance is not paid within 72 hours, your booking will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

You can send your balance payment by e-transfer to info@dluxephotobooths.com or online by credit card or visa debit.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you’ve secured your booking with a deposit or full payment, you will receive a quick questionnaire that will enable us to customize your photobooth experience to match the esthetic of your event.

Once we’re done with the  customizations, we will send them to you for your feedback and approval.

You will also be able to book a consultation call to further discuss any details about your event.

WHAT ARE IDLE HOURS?

Idle hours are when the booth is not being used. Our packages include 1 idle hour,  however if you require more it is $100 for each additional hour.

Idle Hour Examples:

  • Early setup: If you need the booth to be setup earlier than an hour before the event starts.
  • During wedding reception dinner service and speeches while booth is not in use.
