Velvet Season will credit any rescheduled booking date with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice based on availability, without an increase or penalty in our hourly rates. If a cancellation or request is received within 24 hours of your booking, you will be required to re-book a new time at the current set rate. No refunds will be issued. - If your pet is part of your shoot, of course you can! There is a $25 fee per pet which is payable upon your arrival and check-in. Your pet must be kept leashed at all times in common areas, and must keep noise to a minimum. If your pet makes a mess, you’ll be responsible for cleaning fees.
- Pet owners are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
